DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Data Management and Integrity:
Perform data entry and maintain employee database (new hire, transfer, termination, Confirmation of Evaluation/CoE), includes sending reminder to operation (OIC/PIC) for contract based store employees to ensure SAP actions are taken before end of contract period.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with privacy laws and company policies.
Send employee data to Area Manager and stores (e.g. employee ID for new hire, missing bank account) to inform ID for new employee, and request them to send required documents that hasn’t been submitted
Act as Darwinbox admin on approval of updating employee profile/ personal details
2. Continuously review and improve data management processes for efficiency and effectiveness, such as:
recheck data in SAP to ensure mandatory data/document is accurately and completely filled in, on a daily basisCompliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and internal policies.
Generate and analyze reports from employee data to support HR functions and decision-making.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other HR teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Payroll) to ensure seamless data flow and processing. § Act as a liaison between HR and IT departments for HRIS-related matters.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR data management or a related role.
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and database management.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficient in data privacy and protection principles.
Special skills – basic SAP, Ms. Excel
