DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Strong Knowledge in IT infrastructure (Servers, Networks, Cloud computing) and Data Analytics Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Ability to interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports Work with Senior Management to prioritize business and information needs Partner closely with internal stakeholders within the Club to gather and understand their requirements and objectives Deliver timely resolutions to system issues and provide technical support for user queries Coordinate with vendors to facilitate system changes, upgrades, and resolution of issues Optimize data related tasks, conduct regular backups, and implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics or related At least 5 to 8 years proven working experience in IT Infrastructure and Data Analytics Technical expertise related to core IT Infrastructure such as Networks, Servers, Cloud, Cybersecurity, data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks) Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc) Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills Project Management experience
