DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide general HR support and hands on in delivering HR services to support the business by maintain and/ administer of employee contracts, employee files and HR correspondence
Handle recruitment process end to end from discussing with the line manager until salary negotiation
Update policies including examine every year as if the business required or any new regulation from government
Conduct disciplinary actions - develop a strong relationship with managers and employees to identify the cohesiveness and healthy team.
Handle appropriately disciplinary action to avoid loss of valuable employee and poor reputation to the organization
Conduct benefit analysis – staying competitive is the prime importance when trying to attract the best talent.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict free workplace
Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly
Identify training needs and assist line manager to set up training program that align with business objectives
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
5+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be able to speak English
Hands on UU Ketenagakerjaan of Republik Indonesia
