DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Implement and configure HRIS according to client specifications Create implementation documentation including functional business requirements Conduct training and provide technical support to end users Create test scenarios and run application tests Identify, report and document software bugs and issues Work closely with the development team to solve problems and improve product quality
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Human Resources or equivalent (min. GPA 3.00) Having Microsoft Excel and Database Skill Having excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and teamwork skill Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keep attention to detail Having experience as Software Tester or Implementor HRIS Understanding of HRIS functionality, payroll process and tax PPh21 is a plus Experience as software tester with test automation frameworks (such as Katalon, Appium, or Cypress) is a plus
