DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Developing, analyzing and updating short-term and long-term Human Resources management strategies in terms of HR development, payroll, policies, etc
Ensure all administrative tasks related to Human Resources are completed properly
Running and establishing a consistent recruitment system using various test tools, including personality tests and other test instruments
Ensure that the implementation of recruitment activities is in accordance with the Company's needs so that it meets workforce needs (Manpower Planning) and the company's special needs
Conduct exit interviews with employees who experience termination to improve the company
Conduct employee performance evaluations (KPI)
Manage all Company Operational Standards as well as all procedures related to HR
Conduct regular external surveys to analyze compensation and benefit trends or conduct salary surveys for employees in similar industries to determine labor market conditions, as well as develop and monitor salary practices throughout the organization
Plan and develop company HR development programs including company culture, employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, or another similar field
Minimum of 5 years work experience in the field of Human Resources
Previous experience in heavy machinery equipment company
Understand labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Have strong ethics and reliability
Have the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and has the ability to lead
Able to solve problems, strategic and progressive
Have high curiosity and willingness to learn
Have good organizational and time management skills
