Develop and execute sales strategies to increase the specification and adoption of our architectural glass product among developers, architects, designers, glass processors, facade contractors in Hong Kong and Macau
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction, architecture, and real estate development industries in both markets
Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on the selection, performance, and installation of our diverse range of architectural glass products
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and educational materials to promote our architectural glass solutions
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in both regions to inform product development and sales initiatives
Monitor project pipelines, forecast future demand, and report on sales performance metrics for the Hong Kong and Macau markets
Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or a related technical field
Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural glass sales or technical sales
Detailed knowledge of building codes, glazing standards, and performance requirements for a wide range of architectural glass products
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis tools
Fluency in English and Cantonese
Willingness to travel within Hong Kong, Macau, and the surrounding region as needed
