DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Recruitment and Selection; Responsible for identifying manpower needs, designing recruitment processes, evaluating candidates, and conducting appropriate selection to fill available positions
Training and Development; Identify training needs, design effective training programs, and implement employee development activities to improve their skills and knowledge.
Performance Management; Develop performance evaluation systems, set individual and team goals, provide feedback to employees, and design development programs to improve employee performance.
Policies and Procedures, Develop, implement and update HR policies and procedures that are in line with employment law and organizational needs.
Industrial Relations: Foster good relations with employees and handle industrial relations issues.
Design employee job descriptions with relevant managers/supervisors.
Advise line managers and employees about labor laws and company policies
Manage employee contracts, salary negotiations and other related processes.
REQUIREMENT
Education minimum D3 all majors
Having 4 years of experience in the same field of HR Generalist
Time management
Good communication skill (English oral & written)
Negotiation Skills and Conflict Resolution
