Troubleshooting any technical issues or challenges faced by customers while using our investment platforms. Collaborating with internal teams, such as investment advisors or portfolio managers, to address complex customer inquiries. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining a comprehensive database of frequently asked questions and their solutions.
