DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Lead sub-dis sales team members to achieve sales targets.
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Liaise with Merchandise and Marketing Head to ensure brand consistency.
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports.
Managing sales promoters / field merchandisers to drive effective growth in sales.
Ensure all customers payment and rebate claims are managed in line with terms of agreement.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor / Master Degree (preferred in Business / Marketing Management)
Experience in similar position or organization min. 3 years.
Experience on handling Modern Channel and General Trade.
Coming from FMCG Company (it’s additional value).
Fluent in written and spoken English.
