DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Work together with Sales, Finance, Operations & other teams. Organizing legal document of the group company. Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts. Ensure legal compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Maintain organized records of legal documents. Identify and mitigate legal risks in procurement activities. Demonstrated ability to understand and stay informed about relevant legal regulations, ensuring comprehensive compliance in all aspects of procurement activities.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in any field. Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role. Able to communicate with people at all levels with an independent, proactive, positive, hardworking and driven with a can-do attitude. Fluent in English (verbal & written). Experience in tender. Familiar with CRM. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in comprehending and staying abreast of pertinent legal regulations, ensuring thorough adherence to all applicable requirements in the context of procurement.
