DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Formulate support and development methodologies and enforce conformance by all parties Responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of all digital marketing campaigns and initiatives over Omni-Channel platforms and global marketplaces from a technical angle Responsible for working closely with e-business team members to transpose digital business needs into action plans, and drive the deliverables to succession Generate meaningful insights through data-driven analysis and post-mortem reviews Continuous innovation on ways to enhance the worldwide digital presence and customers’ online (UI/UX) experience, social listening, SEO and other digital online Lead and coordinate with various departments and business partners/ platform vendors to meet target objectives globally, including make proposals to streamline internal processes Responsible for infrastructure scalability and able to cope with seasonable traffic requirements Review and manage partner/vendor contracts, ensuring vendors meet their Service Levels Build test case scenarios and formulate roll-out plans to ensure quality delivery from vendors, ensure uninterrupted deployment as well as ‘go-live’ strategies
REQUIREMENT

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines Minimally 3 years’ experience in leading a support and development team Must have eCommerce project development and implementation experience using Agile Methodology. Good track record of product management and development covering multiple platforms, but not limited to, e-Commerce, m-Commerce/Mobile App, CRM, SEO, Online Marketing etc Familiar with maintaining Cloud infrastructure like AWS and Microsoft Azure Minimally 5 years’ experience in a eCommerce environment, always updated with digital news preferably in the online luxury space Experienced working with online platform giants like Amazon, Google, Zalora etc is a bonus Minimally 3 years’ experience in web and Mobile App development, CMS platform management, integrations with databases, CRM and ERP systems Possess hands-on skills in web/mobile programming languages like C++, HTML, CSS, Xamarin, React Native on both Android and iOS platforms Must have experienced in administrative setup and maintaining CICD using tools like JIRA software management, service management, Github, AppVeyor, Jenkines, Azure Devops, etc Must have experience managing source codes and change management using Githubs/ Gitlabs, Bit Torrents, etc Ability to be hands-on to guide and mentor the team of developers to collectively meet targets Possess outstanding leadership skills with great communication skills to lead and influence multiple cross-functional teams, management and partners Energetic, independent and self-motivated individual with good business acumen Strong communication skills with excellent command of English A plus point to be fluent in spoken Chinese or French (in order to liaise with TWG Tea partners in North-Asia and Europe)
