DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement the overall IT strategy aligned with the business goals and objectives of the logistics company. Collaborate with senior management to understand IT needs and contribute to the development of the overall corporate strategy. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and systems. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of IT systems to support logistics operations. Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to protect sensitive data and information. Establish and enforce IT governance policies and procedures. Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred. Proven experience in IT management, with at least 10 years of experience in a leadership role. In-depth knowledge of logistics operations and industry-specific IT requirements. Strong project management skills and experience overseeing complex IT projects. Expertise in cybersecurity and data protection. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Strategic thinking and the ability to align IT initiatives with overall business objectives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications are advantageous.
