DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify, develop, present, and secure new business opportunities. Proactively engage potential clients through telemarketing, networking, and referrals/databases. Act as the primary contact to address any product-related inquiries throughout the sales cycle. Participate in conferences, tradeshows, and other events to network and promote the value of RUN System products, as required.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS Product sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is highly desirable. Capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong negotiation and sales skills. Proficient in managing the "prospect to client" process. Working knowledge of payroll processes and all department procedures and functions is highly preferred. Residence in Jakarta/Bandung/Surabaya/Semarang/Medan. Immediate availability to join is a plus.
