DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Your duties will be doing an end to end recruitment process, include advertising vacant position, screening candidates, scheduling and for interviews Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower fulfillment Handle candidate administration.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management or similar qualification Maximum 28 years old Experience in recruitment, preferable in mass recruitment and from insurance company Competency in using word processing, spreadsheet, and voice call software Have knowledge about psychological test or profiling tools Familiar with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Excellent written and verbal communication Excellent time management skill Able to work under target Able to join immediately.
