REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as IT, computer science, or engineering. - Extensive experience min. 10 years in IT engineering and has experience in IT leadership roles. - Have an in-depth understanding of multifinance business processes in Indonesia. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, architecture, and project management. - Knowledge about COBIT, TOGAF, ITIL, ISO27001, and NIST is a must, certification will be a plus point. - Proven experience in managing complex IT teams, products, and projects. - Experience in popular architecture, technology, and framework such as microservices, Java, JavaScript, Python, Springboot, React/ReactNative, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Jenkins, Alibaba Cloud, etc. - Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends. - Good leadership skills and able to work independently or in a team. - Excellent leadership, disciplined execution, and communication skills. - Able to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external teams.
