DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

In charge for store staff in certain area / region. Manage and coordinate daily sales activities . Ensure loss prevention policy are being follow including managing operational execution on stocktake. Owning plans and facilitate leadership meeting to ensure consistency and clear communication within the region. Restructuring and owning talent lifecycle that include onboarding, assessment, developing and retention.
REQUIREMENT

About 2 years of relevant experience as area coordinator. Candidate must possess at least diploma degree. Computer literate, especially Ms Office programs. Preferably has experiences in Retail, Gadget, Telecommunication, Electrical industry. Fluent in English is an advantage. Good in communication skill. Good an interpersonal skills and attitude.
