DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Coordinate with customers regarding the needs of Spare Parts and Service (Mechanic) for Sulawesi and Halmahera area. Handling complaints from customers Fostering good relationships with customers, so that if there are complaints can be resolved calmly and well. Assist communication to customers about the obstacles faced by mechanics on site. Example: Cars, tools, parts etc. Exploring and receiving customer needs if they want to add or buy a new unit / truck and forwarded to the Sales Unit. Coordinate with the customer's site team regarding the rules of entry and accommodation of mechanics. Coordinate with customers if there is a request for Operator / Driver Training and convey to the relevant division. Investigate and analyze frequently occurring and recurring Unit or Truck Problems on site.
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 40 years old Bachelor degree in Engineering At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for position GOOD COMMAND OF ENGLISH Can work as individually and as a team player Have an understanding of heavy equipment spare parts, especially dump trucks Understand about SOS (Shceduled Oil Sampling) checking the condition of the oil that is invoiced for damage to the unit. Understand about PARETO Understand OMM (Operatinal Maintenance Manual), Parts book, etc. Have good analysis
