Planning, coordinating and supervising the progress of all application development to ensure their ongoing alignment with biz goals. Continuous improvement for proprietary application such as Sesame, Voice cast, Pathfinder.
Considering technical, business and financial benefits of design approaches: develops, distributes, supports, enforces, and integrates best practices and technology standards.
Takes a lead role in mapping, documenting and maintaining all systems, databases & processes.
Ensures that an appropriate data backup policy is documented and adhered to.
Analyzing systems software requirements/problems for client projects and developing technical solutions. Develops & maintains SLA’s in consultation with his counterpart (account management/client counterpart). Ensures that all internal processes are consistent with these SLA’s.
Interfacing and coordinating with all third-party providers to provide IT integration.
Develop a highly functional team.
Ensures documentation and adherence to appropriate data security measures.
To support the business development team with pre-sale activities, contributing to RFPs where appropriate and assisting in large pitches to potential clients where require.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication)/Information Systems/Information Management/IT or relevant).
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Having good knowledge in RDBMS & Software quality Assurance.
Having good knowledge in consumer goods business process
Excellent communication & Presentation Skills.
Possess strong knowledge in PHP Laravel, Node JS, Java Spring Boot, React, .NET, Golang and other latest programming language.
Experienced as a Full-stack, Front/Back-end Developer,
experienced as a Software Quality Assurance is a plus
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Committed and able to meet deadlines.
Fluent in English
