DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Lead HR in Jakarta and Sumatera area.
Serve as the HR business partner to the Country MD
Own the people agenda - identification, development and retention programs
Handle all talent acquisition from operational to managerial level
Provide strong support to Country leadership team and expat assignees
Review and implement competitive compensation & benefit structure
Support operational workforce planning
Own Performance management as a easy-to-use tool to align company with individual goals, and to ensure differentiation of high, solid and low performers
Review payroll procedures to ensure full audit readiness and compliance with current external legal and internal policy standards
Own the development of country HR policies & procedures aligned with group HR policies
Strong focus on keeping track of numbers (payroll, headcount, overtime, attrition, diversity, etc)
Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to HR and GA services
Work collaboratively with other departments to develop and implement company-wide policies and initiatives

REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent is preferred
International exposure, having worked in a matrix reporting structure
Strong knowledge in labor laws and legislation and other prevailing HR practices and legislation
Experience in restructuring/reorganizing at the factory level
Candidates with agriculture, manufacture or food production industry are encouraged to apply
Willing to travel frequently to Sumatera
Excellent Communicator
Fluency in English is a must
