DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Coordinate and supervise IT staff members 2. Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness for the IT department 3. Manages and coordinates all IT-related matters including data, security, and computer hardware and software 4. Trouble-shoots and solves problems related to hardware, software, and network problems 6. Researches and recommends acquisition of network hardware and software 7. Monitors network utilization and performance, and implement procedures for network optimization, reliability, and availability 8. Build long-term relationships with IT Vendor related to products and services
REQUIREMENT

1. Bachelor’s in information technology, Computer Science or IS, *Preferably from TOP Universitas Negeri in Indonesia 2. 4-5 years of experience working in IT operations minimum managing 2 talents 3. Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies 4. Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and system administration, databases, and data storage systems. 5. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills 6. Excellent project management skills and Strong ability to prioritize 7. Excellent communication verbal and correspondence in English with people all levels
