DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Build relationships with customer and be the single point of contact for all service-related matters associated with the account and/or project.
Escalation point for allocated customer accounts and/or project
Ensure update of regular reporting on service level performance and action item closure
Assigning available IT resources to Manpower Outsourcing contracts in accordance with their skillsets, previous experience, and availability.
Monitoring day-to-day activities and corresponding resourcing.
Manpower resource and capacity planning, i.e. making sure that a company’s resources have capacity to work on ongoing and upcoming contracts/projects and business development activities. Reallocate and backfill resources promptly to manage resource requirements to meet service level agreement.
Monitoring and managing employees’ workload, utilization, and overtime hours and people issue
Managing resource conflicts.
Be familiar with Singapore labor laws to ensure compliance with resource allocation and rostering of working hour for the managed services team. Keep abreast of resource management trends for future resource planning
Documenting processes (e.g. weekly utilization report, etc.) for training purpose and consistent level of service quality
REQUIREMENT
Degree / Diploma in IT / Engineering or related fields with at least 8 years of working experience in service delivery
ITiL certification and have experience in application of the framework
Have experience managing customer relationships and creating reports on SLA performance
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Able to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment
