Manage and administer Windows, Linux, AD, Office365 and Cloud environments and act as backup for the management and administration of corporate network. Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure, ensuring optimal efficiency and highest level of availability. He will also provide technical support on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware and software as well as network connectivity in the organization. Provide technical support and administration on Windows, Unix, AD, Office365 and Cloud environments. Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, database, system software and management tools. Monitor and respond to all system alerts and provide daily technical support in terms of troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems. Collaborate with CyberSecurity team and perform regular system and security patches on a timely basis. Perform incident investigation and resolution, and root cause analysis and problem resolution. Coordinate with IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager for capacity and availability management. Monitor IT tickets and provide appropriate resolution on a timely basis. Act as backup for management and administration of network, such as routers, switches, load balancers, etc. Document and update infrastructure configuration and architecture diagrams.
