Install computer hardware, software systems etc. and monitor computer systems and networks Attend to service issues and requests and provide technical support Set up accounts for new users and provide end user training Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup, network configuration and cloud management
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Diploma in IT or equivalent Possess hands-on experience with CCTV, Point-of-Sale (POS), Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments Good knowledge of cloud management, computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
