DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategies. Coordinates the operations, ensure schedules and objectives are met. Supervise and motivate staff. Monitoring operation cost, budget and resources. Communicate with clients (distributor and customer) also evaluate their need and specification. Create reports, analyze and interpret data. Drive recruitment process, training and development. Secure adherence to company’s policies and guidelines. Other related tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Hold Bachelor's degree. Conversational level English. 2 years of experience in handling MT and distributors in FMCG company. Computer literate. Willing to travel frequently.
