Project Planning: Create a detailed plan that outlines project goals, timelines, and required resources.
Stakeholder Management: Engage and communicate effectively with project stakeholders for collaboration and alignment.
Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage project resources (people, budget, equipment) to meet project requirements.
Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks to minimize their impact on the project.
Time Management: Develop and maintain a project schedule, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
Quality Management: Ensure project deliverables meet specified quality standards through proper quality control.
Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and control costs to stay within the allocated budget.
Team Leadership: Provide clear direction, support, and resolve conflicts among project team members.
Communication and Reporting: Establish effective communication channels and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
Project Closure: Conduct project reviews, document lessons learned, and ensure a smooth closure.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT Information Technology
Minimum 3 years of working experience in related position
Having Project Management certification is an advantage
Having experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
Familiar in monitoring or tracing team's project status, reporting & metrics Strong analytical & planning skills
Great communication & presentation skills
Familiar with AS400, CARE application, Merimen & Outsystem is an advantage
