DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Set up, test, and establish POS installations in the stores (software and hardware). • Resolve software and hardware problems. • Identify issues and provide technical assistance to customers. • Report the technical problem to the IT Project Team in HQ. • Migrate product inventory data to the POS backend system. • Setting the updated price in the system frequently • Setting access layers in the system • Setting programs and promotions in the system • Give training to the customer related to the system.
REQUIREMENT

▪ Bachelor degree in IT, Information System, or related discipline ▪ Graduated from reputable university ▪ At least 2 years of working experience in relevant area is required ▪ Good communication skills ▪ Fluent in English (both oral & written) ▪ Retail industry background is preferable ▪ Experience in SQL System, ▪ Have prior experience with retail POS systems ▪ Fast learner, attention to detail & trustworthy with a pleasant personality ▪ Ability to work in a team and individually, and high levels of professionalism and result-oriented are required.
