DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

* Responsible the date base is up to date & accurate in HRIS ( New employee, attedance report, leave ) * Responsible for all day to day reports are finish and delivered on time * Prepare & compile date data for annual & other report * Proactive & fast response in following up and solving problems or project related matters * Prepare general letters and internal memo * Maintain employee records & documents, such as new hires, career history, organization chart
REQUIREMENT

* Maximum 30 years old * Having 2 years experiences especially in HRIS System * Excellent verbal & written communication skill * Proficiency in MS Office * Strong attention to detail with good data management skills * Great team player, detail oriented and ability to work under pressure * Good problem solving skills
