Planning daily activities
Monitoring implementation of recruitment and selection process
Preparing and spreading Recruitment & Selection advertisement at maritime school, seafarer spot, mass media and other sources
Conducting selection process in reference to SOP
Notifying new applicants or Manning agent of their selection results
Updating and recording applicants data to Crew Information System (CIS)
Establishing communication and good cooperation/relation with internal dept. and maritime academy for recruiting new comer
Preparing the monthly and yearly R & S record and report
Arranging the schedule of test and interview for candidates
Recording crew’s data into recruitment system CIS filing their documents
Providing and maintaining crew data pool as updated available resources
Reviewing and recording crew performance and development as database for upcoming recruitment needs
Preparing the administration process needed to support recruitment process, such as voucer payment for advertisement
REQUIREMENT
Minimum D4/S1 Ketatalaksanaan Angkutan Laut & Kepelabuhanan, D4/S1 Ketatalaksanaan Pelayaran Niaga, ANT/ATT III, S1 Management, or any major
Has experience at least 2 years in related field
Fluent in English both oral and written
Required Knowledge and Skill(s): shipping knowledge, administration skill, computer literate, maritime English skill
Have achievement orientation, customer service orientation, continuous improvement, interpersonal relationship, able to analyze issue and use sound judgment, planning organizing, business process understanding, teamwork & cooperation, work efficiently, interpersonal persuasiveness ability
