Handle mass recruitment process for Shopee Express Mitra Riders and Drivers with scope of work such as, but not limited to sourcing, screening, and interviewing the candidates. Coordinate with the stakeholder to ensure the recruitment is fulfilled on time General administration duties
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree from Psychology or related field Fresh graduate is welcome to apply Good interpersonal and communication skills Self driven and highly motivated. Willing to be placed at Makassar and with full 5 working days WFO Willing to be employed under contract by 3 months Have previous working experience in recruitment for maximal 1 year would be advantage
