DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Lead and host regular sales meetings, monitor the sales progress of APAC, and provide support to overseas teams in achieving designated targets and goals while mitigating critical risks
Conduct data analysis, sales forecasting, and performance risk assessments to provide insights and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
Streamline systems and processes, adeptly utilize sales tools like CRM, optimize sales business processes, and enhance the work efficiency of the sales team
Host sales training sessions to disseminate sales policies and processes, and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Provide essential business support to the sales team, including facilitating internal processes, troubleshooting, and other related responsibilities
Assist in any ad-hoc projects and events as assigned
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or relevant disciplines
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales operations is a must
Self-motivated, detail-minded and well-organized
Strong people management, interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
A proven track record of driving sales growth would be an advantage
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (i.e. Cantonese and Mandarin)
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
