DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
REQUIREMENT
a. Overall in-charge, performing and supervising full cycle recruiting process. b. Interview applicants for direct hire positions. c. Responsible in selecting and acquiring new recruitment channel such as portal, job fair, school fair, etc. d. Coordinate with Department Managers regarding their manpower needs. e. Closely coordinate with agencies related to manpower requirement. f. Oversee and monitor manpower headcount and Orange (HRIS). g. Suggest new recruiting procedures to HR Manager (e.g. job application and on-boarding processes). h. Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social media and other free portals). i. Evaluate performances of recruitment staff. j. Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. cost-per-hire, retention rates, attrition rate). a. Conduct orientation on newly hired personnel (direct and agency).
