Manage monthly payroll
Manage monthly staff benefits
Ensure payment in timely manner
Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs to meet the organization’s objectives and to be competitive with the relevant market
Handle the administration and management of compensation & benefits process ensuring that the products are consistent with the SOP and policies
Participate in annual Compensation & Benefits Survey and analyse survey data results to ensure market competitiveness; benchmark with direct
Prepare HR reports such as movement, headcount, summary, cost centre allocation and payroll breakdown reports
Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers including staff movements.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations.
In charge of dispute settlements according to labour law and compliance guidelines when necessary.
Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned to you by the Management from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 1 to 2 years HR payroll processing experiences is required.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to learn new skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to maintain discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Must possess good knowledge of HR field, Labor Law and Industrial Relations legislation and regulations.
Able to write and converse in BM and English. Mandarin is an advantage
