DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ticket Management and handover to respective teams and support Coordination of cooperation with 2nd level NOC Documentation of all solutions and Continuous improvement of processes in the ticket system (Fresh Desk) Induction, support and, if necessary, training of the users Provide phone and ticketing system support for IT related systems & Services Provide 1st level IT technical network support for Incident tickets. Handle call center system like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects Effectively deal with job stress, angry callers, and upset customers; use the most appropriate way to communicate with different behavior types on the telephone Resolve all issues using standard practices, procedures and company approved troubleshooting tools and work-flow processes. Outbound calls to existing and potential customers with the enquiry building positive rapport with different types of customers over the phone and possible conversion contact to sales
REQUIREMENT

Completed vocational training as an IT specialist, system electronics technician or IT system clerk or comparable experience as a career changer or similar qualifications in diploma/degrees can be considered High customer and service orientation Extensive experience supporting IT environments Practical experience in ITIL, ideally with certification Independent, responsible, team-player and goal-oriented way of working as well as strong analytical and abstract thinking skills. Able to work 12 hours rotating shift (morning & night shift) to cover 7 x 24 x 365 support. Experience in 1-2 years BPO/call center will be added advantage Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
