DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist in all tasks related to general administration and operation of IJN College
inclusive but not limited to ordering, taking stock of supplies, filling, inventory and
etc. to ensure smooth running of the day to day operational of IJN College.
Taking roles as front office personnel to receive and entertain students, clients,
dispatch and any tasks related to front office.
Being a point of contact for a range of staff, students and external stakeholders.
Assist on administration matters for all cardiac programmes offered by college
inclusive but not limited to student admission, registration, authorities liaising etc.
Participate in recruitment of students and assist in marketing of all programmes
offered or conducted by college.
Assist in complaint or request related to services inclusive but not limited to utilities
services, booking of transport, security matters etc.
Assist in all events and training programmes conducted by college and to support
IJN Group social activities.
Assist on matters related to student affairs and welfare, class room and training
venue preparation.
REQUIREMENT
Requirements
Possess Diploma in Office Management or equivalent qualification is an added
advantage.
Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
Able to handle stressful and difficult situation.
A team player, multitasking and high commitment
