DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Create and maintain various documents and records as required.
Issue of memos and circulars as necessary.
To key all records ( MR, Receipts, and Stock adjustment ) into the SAP System
To maintain a proper inventory record in the computer and co-ordinate with Account / HR and other Departments on matters related to the department function and departmental employees.
Provide administrative support to various stake holders in the department.
To maintain proper filling of all documents ( Material purchase and Certificates, Etc. )
To monitor the stationery and document (Gate pass, MRN, GRS, GRN, Etc. )
Coordination with other departments on administrative or commercial matters or as instructed by supervisors.
Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Performs other secretarial and clerical duties or assignments as directed.
