DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Hand le incoming calls and greeting visitors in a professional and polite manner Assist in the office administration function including office and facilities maintenance, ordering stationery & pantry supplies, maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the office area, booking and monitoring the use of conference rooms and company cars and drivers Handle courier services, coordinate the dispatch and distribution of local & overseas parcels/documents ­ Processing of the expenses claims through systems
REQUIREMENT

Fluency in spoken Mandarin (a must), Cantonese and English is essential At least 3-5 years Receptionist and Office Administration experience in sizable, preferable have experience in China-based company Good interpersonal and communications skills Proficient with MS Word, Excel & Chinese W ord P rocessing ­ Customer Focus and Service Oriented Hard working with strong sense of responsibility ­ Detail-orientated and resourceful O rgani z ed, self-motivated and a good team player Attractive remuneration and fringe benefits will be offered to the successful candidate.
