REQUIREMENT
Minimum 3 years’ experience in office administration Good computer skills with proficiency in using MS Office application, particularly Word Very good read ,write and oral communication skills Mandarin, English Excellent customer service skills Experienced in taking meeting minutes and answering telephones Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety requirements for an office environment Very good standard of personal dress and grooming Motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to continually learn and develop Comfortable dealing with staff at all levels from executive management to unskilled site staff Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent. Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.
