Provide excellent customer service to all customers
Schedule examination appropriately and communicate essential services to customers and colleagues
Ensure patients' confidentiality at all times
Ensure handover of information is complete and timely
Perform efficient and accurate patient registration
Ensure billing and cashiering processes are accurately performed
Work closely with other staff of the department to ensure total patient care is met
To ensure compliance of radiology safety policy
Other assignments as and when required
