Talent Management Strategy: Develop and maintain talent management framework based on
corporate standards and design / provide or leverage talent management processes, tools and systems
Talent Identification and Reviews: Conduct regular Executive, identify potential, development focus and target roles. Facilitate talent and opportunities matching through talent broker network and Key Vacancy Process
Talent Development and Programs: Provide 360 feedback, career coaching, mentoring programs,
support employees in identifying career paths and roles within the Group and appropriate development
plans to enable them to attain their career goals and aspirations
Succession Planning: Ensure quality of succession bench strength, recommend interventions to
address shortages, define critical roles and feeder / destination positions, analyze pipelines and reporting
Career Frameworks: Develop and maintain career frameworks for functions, define career paths,
maintain career portal, provide career development tools and solutions e.g. career plans, Career &
Development Planning guides
Shipment delivery and collection
Deliver without delay all inbound shipments
Collect within a standard time frame, all Outbound Shipments and ensure these are passed over to Outbound Processing without delay
Electronically Record via a scanner (or manually if required) all shipment process activities
Ensure all cash transactions resulting from the delivery or collection of shipments
Ensure the maintenance of allocated vehicle
Perform duties professionally and courteously in line with Company image with respect to all road users
Ensure the security and integrity of all shipments
whilst in his/her care
Administration
Reconcile all non-delivered shipments and ensure priority is given to these for the next delivery cycle
Provide accurate and complete paperwork records for shipment movement and any financial transactions
REQUIREMENT
Exhibits an execptional degree of ingenuity, ,creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
Well- developed relationship skill and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units.
Typicaly requires Bachelor of Degree in related discipline and or 3- 4 years of working experience.
Minimum SPM Level
Able To Converse in English & Malay
Valid GDL License
