DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide ongoing support and continuous improvement organization infrastructure. Ensuring the resolution of all second and third level incidents escalated by the IT Support Desk are always delivered in courteous and efficient manner. The role will involve the installation, operation and maintenance of all internal company systems. This role will operate and maintain secure, high performance and robust environments as well as managing the provision of 24x7 support for production systems.
REQUIREMENT

You have 5+ years of experience in Information Technology industry – preferred. You have Palo Alto/Cisco/Microsoft Azure certification – preferred. You are expertise in network monitoring - multi-site network and server infrastructure monitoring. You have experience with: Design & deployment of Palo Alto firewall solutions - must have exposure to deploying new firewalls, maintaining DMZ, and troubleshooting firewall policy issues. Azure cloud, virtual server, and IPsec setup - will be responsible for the configuration and support of backbone connections over ExpressRoute (Azure) or its equivalent in AWS/GCP. Have excellent knowledge of network topologies, protocols, routing/switching, virtualization, and cloud computing. Familiar with Linux or Windows Server configuration and administration. Excellent English communication skills; both verbal and written. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Must be comfortable in troubleshooting issue, monitoring process, and documentation support. Ability to multi-task and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate and interact with multiple business structures and vendors
