DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications. Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements. Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions. Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. Completing paperwork for new hires. Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity. Managing internship programs. Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company. Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Personal Services, Law or equivalent. Required language(s): English At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Communication, Negotiation, Time Management, Marketing, Relationship Building, Multitasking Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Resources or equivalent. High chance to be HR Manager Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies. Experience with various selection processes. Ability to conduct different types of interviews. Ability to organize skills assessment and tests. Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Management Systems (CMS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Knowledge of employment law and legislation.
