DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team 2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence 3. Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives 4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs 5. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team 6. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
REQUIREMENT

1. Maximum age 25 years old 2. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree equivalent with minimum GPA 3.00. 3. Posses general interest in sales, winner’s mindset and target-oriented 4. Innovative and along with ‘ I Can Do ‘ attitude 5. Excellent interpersonal skill, strong leadership & managerial skill. 6. Fast learner , proactive, ambitious, energetic, & persistent 7. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply 8. Willing be located in all of Indonesia
