DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for all administrative work for Head of Operations.
Maintain reports, documentation and ensure proper records maintenance and filing
Schedule meeting and appointments for HOD and Department
To assist in minute taking and timely completion of minutes
To assist the Safety & Security team as and when necessary
To perform data entry work
To assist in preparing reports for the Department
To perform any ad hoc task from immediate superior as and when instructed
As and when required by the Management and any relevant Ad-Hoc / Admin Task
To actively participate and volunteer for all MyTOWN activities
REQUIREMENT
At least SPM/STPM OR Diploma Holder
Relevant training or courses that related to Administrative course, ie office management, etc
Possess at least 1 or 2 years’ experience in administrative work.
