DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Supervise production process and finishing lines in order to achieve target of productivity, quality, 5S & cost effectiveness
Supervise Process improvement project : Productivity, quality, 5S & cost effectiveness
Coordinate support from outside department and shift to shift coordination
Control & supervise the daily / weekly / monthly Implementation of GMP, 5S & SHE on production floor
Assist Production Manager to develop skill and competencies of people for short term and long term
Control & supervise group leaders, operators, etc during production process in order to achieve production target in HSE way
Cascade and communicate all the targets to group leaders in order to enhance employee’s awareness & enhance the sense of belonging
Analyze planned or unplanned downtime caused by production Issue and report the action plan to Production Manager
Ensure machine running as expectation
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering
Minimum 1 year experience in multinational consumer goods industry
Computer literate, able to operate Microsoft Office
Strong Leadership and proven ability in personnel management, teamwork & motivation
