DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle daily operation duties in Accounts Payable & Receivables, general ledgers, management reports, journal and purchase requisitions Participate in month-end closing and year-end audit Perform and review schedules and monthly reconciliations Participate in system implementation and workflow enhancement Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned Handle office administration support and coordination Provide administrative support to the team Coordinate and follow up the progress of projects, proposals and approvals Perform preliminary contract review to ensure proper contract terms set up and compliance with company policies Assist in internal and external correspondence and maintain proper filling system
REQUIREMENT

Degree or Diploma holder in Accounting 3 to 5 years’ relevant working experience with property management accounting background Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, able to meet tight reporting deadline Good interpersonal and communication skills Proficient computer knowledge in MS office, ERP knowledge is an advantage Immediate available is highly preferred
