DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Ensure office supplies is sufficient
Responsible for the daily administration function and support
Ensure on time delivery of goods from supplier
Organize and maintain proper filing & record system
Arranging travel, meetings and appointments
Perform general & other administrative duties as and when required
Independent, responsible, self motivated and able to work under minimum supervision
Report directly to Office Manager
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Required language(s): Chinese, English At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Spreadsheet Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
