DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prospect new clients by networking and approaching potential clients Define long term organizational strategic goals Identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions Develop cooperation with clients (B2B), follow up progress, contract signing and negotiation Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Plan approaches and pitches, work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives Using knowledge of the market, identify and develop company’s unique selling proportions and differentiations Promote company’s product/service addressing and predicting client’s objective Build long term relationship with new and existing clients Provide trustworthy feedback after sales service Set and forecast target sales Track and record activities on accounts and help to close deal to meet target Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate Present training and mentoring to Business Development Executive (team)
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree of Business / Economy / Public Relation / Mass Communication / Marketing Minimum 5 years working experience as Business Development Manager (B2B) Minimum 5 years working experience in sales and training Experienced in B2B Market in large size companies Passionate in achieving targets / quantitative results of individual and team Demonstrate a consultative sales approach and strong customer focus Skilled negotiator with excellent interpersonal skill, communication and presentation skill Fast learner with a willing attitude with analytical skill and passion for developing people Able to work under pressure and deliver results Well-versed in MS Excel, Word and Power Point Well-connected with key people from related industries is a strong advantage Willing to do canvassing fluently Passionate working in Start-up company with dynamic environment Able to communicate in English
