Manage operational and day-to-day sales activity in its areas Understand all products and competitor movement (market intelligence) Understand the pricing structure, distributor margins, payment systems and distributor financial administration Control the stock distributor, aware of stock at central warehouse Control the operations of the sales team and check the reports made by the sales and distributor teams Conduct distributor & area spv/rep review on regular basis Perform check on regular update of data report and other administrative matters Supporting team to implement programs both from Head Office and local programs Provide alternate solution on any area issues Achieve the targets and objectives set by the company Perform the functions of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling properly to achieve primary & secondary sales targets Ensure the distribution, availability and visibility of GAFI products according to the standards set by the company Responsible to manage asset & infrastructure (freezer, cold storage, delivery van, etc) to achieve goals Continues improvement on service level Managing budget for local promotion.
