DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement effective sales strategies Establish productive and professional relationship with Property Owner, Industrial Higher Management, End Users, etc Negotiate and close agreements with customers Monitor and analyze performance of sales and suggest improvement Prepare monthly and annual sales forecast Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customer’s needs Liaise with Technical Support, Management and Principal to ensure quality consistency Provide weekly report and update the lead list of projects monthly
REQUIREMENT

Proven work experience as Sales Manager Experience in managing wide range of customer’s profile Open minded, have a self driven, have a sense of urgency An ability to understand and analyze market situation Strong communication and team management skill Available to travel as needed Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree of any major Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position Familiar with Water Heater and HVACR will be an advantage
