DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist in daily administrative duties for the company including maintenance of office equipment and assets, supplies control (eg: stationery)
Business License application / renewal
Coordinate and communicate with office management on matters related to rental
Responsible to customers’ admin enquiries on company products and service in a timely and proficient manner via phone or email.
Compile and update admin related records & documentations as well as proper filing, comply to government requirement.
Handle day-to-day matters by providing efficient support for administration processes.
To liaise with branches and sales person and assist on products delivery.
To process sales orders and invoices received.
To compile market information from sales person.
To ensure customer documentation is in place and coordinate for goods delivery.
Ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time
REQUIREMENT
Bachelors’ Degree / Diploma / Prof Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent
Possess at least 2 years working experience
Possess positive working attitude, independent, responsible and able to handle multi-tasking jobs
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft Office)
